We convinced "Steve" to put up the trampoline at the first of May. Doing this angered a Robin who decided to build a nest in our tree. We were worried with all of the activity in the backyard the Robin would not spend enough time in her nest for the eggs to hatch. Our concerns were misplaced - all five eggs hatched and all five birds flew out of the back yard. From the time the birds hatched to the time they left was under a month. It was amazing. The mom dive bombed us a few times, but everyone walked away with no injuries. Though she scared Castle to death a few times when he was jumping on the trampoline. Logan and "Steve" are hero's to two of the birds. They got caught in the window wells and were unable to get back out. But the two strapping men guided the birds to safety. It was very cool to watch the birds grow so quickly. We have taken a few pictures of their progress and included them for all of you to enjoy as well.
